The Partnership with Reco 3.26 started in 2020, as they were searching for highly specific products tosupport their facial recognition software on various application fields so they need greatavailability andversatility. Oncean European protocol introduced the practice of facial recognition for non-Schengenpassengers at EU airports the partnership got very intensive and it prompted the design of multiplesolutions to best support the detailed requirements of the planned protocol throuhgh the creation of a newrange of kiosks complining with the specific request.
The following solutions were designed to support further practices to speed up passenger transits throughairports (Fast Track) and optimise transit at the entry gate (FacetoFly and Abc_Gate)as well as the first Welcome Kiosks where the first registration takes place
Development
The perfect synchronisation between the operational and functional needs, the software prerogatives andthe ergonomics and aesthetics of the kiosk solutions allowed us to develop highly competitive andfunctional products for important installations at Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport, Puglie Airports, CataniAirport and Malta Airports.
Other products are currently being developed and prototyped to face a marketwith an important technological level, which at the same time requires a very high customisation index:two factors that can make the difference, from the very beginning an essential feature of the synergybetween Reco 3.26 and Smartkiosk Italy.
